Now we here at PCsupportNOW are big fans of Mozilla's Firefox and now the new kid on the block Google's Chrome. And it seems the public is alos moving away from Internet Explorer and on to alternative browsers such as Firefox and Chrome.

Net Applications who monitor and record which browsers are being used confimed that it has been the best year yet for anybody but Microsoft in the browser war. Over the holiday period it jumped a staggering 20% which is mainly due to the fact that people tend to use an alternative browser at home and whatever they are plumped with at work. But, this goes to show that using Firefox is becoming more and more popular and the area that Microsoft still holds strong is in the corporate arena. What needs to happen is that the two major contenders to Microsoft Internet Broswer's throne, namely Mozilla's Firefox and Googles Chrome, need to invest and develop ways of tackling the corporations and provide tools/browser versions that Computer Administrators can accept.
